At the beginning of 2010 I, Ludovic Frossard, to my delight accepted the position of Managing Director of Synergie, which operates in the Czech Republic since 1993. It is one of the first international recruitment agencies to operate in this country. Synergie provides complex HR solutions to corporate clients.

Our mother company is based in France, where they have more than 500 Agency outlets. Synergie also operates in other countries; Poland, Belgium, Italy, Luxemburg, Great Britain, Spain, Switzerland, Portugal, Netherlands and Canada .

In 1999, we expanded our activities to the Slovak market, where under the guidance of Branch Manager - Martina Klubicová there is a team of professional consultants serving both Slovak and international companies.

In 2004, Synergie Temporary Help was founded, it is a sister company to Synergie, s.r.o. It is specialized in outsourcing of employees and temporary help, as our headquarters in France.

I appreciate the work of the Consultants here; they are well orientated on the Czech job market and in their specialized sectors of recruitment. Due to 16-years experience in the CR, we have built an extensive network of contacts with potential candidates and have many positive references from our clients.
