Assessment and Development Centres

A set of methods applied to a group of individuals in the presence of assessors who observe and evaluate the participants according to the pre-defined criteria.

When is it used?

Most frequently while selecting new employees in order to fill a position or to identify the development potential of current employees. In this case the expression “development centre” is used instead.
