Synergie by supporting EU systematically directs the development of its employees in order to improve levels of service to clients
In the first quarter of 2010 it was confirmed Synergy and its partner Synergie Temporary Help would receive support from the Operational Program Prague - Adaptability (hereinafter OPPA). This program is one of three programs in the Czech Republic, running from 2007 - 2013 using the European Social Fund. The global objective of OPPA is to increase the competitiveness of Prague enhancing adaptability and performance of human resources and improving access to employment for all.
Synergie, s.r.o. received under the OPPA education funding, under the scheme of development of the knowledge economy. In reality, this means that the agency will realize for its staff various trainings, which will increase their competence in the field, plus help achieve a competitive advantage in the labor market.
Synergie and its sister company Synergie Temporary Help provide comprehensive services in the recruitment of human resources (search for candidates, recruitment services, temporary employment) and also offers highly professional HR consulting, including outplacement programs and Assessment Centres. For its clients Synergie also organizes training of interviewing skills and focuses on working with undergraduates in providing advice on entering the job market.
The project is a comprehensive development program for employees of both companies. These are educational activities aimed at developing soft and hard skills to provide workers with scope for comprehensive development. Target group, namely employees of both companies for the purpose of the project divided into groups according to length of experience and type of work performed. All employees must be able to quickly focus in the new situation and environment in a rapidly changing labor market, organizational savvy and able to independently present the proposed methods for solving projects, often in a foreign language. Among the topics include educational activities such as presentation and business skills, leadership interviews, time management, negotiation, etc.
In recent years, the company invested primarily in internal Synergie courses. There are now training courses provided by external firms. Through external courses, employees can gain new ideas from different backgrounds, which can inspire and motivate them to think about the candidates and clients in a broader context. Upgrading skills of employees will have an impact on all three groups, which affects this process. Synergie employees will increase their competitiveness in the labor market, offering clients quality of services provided by the Agency and the candidates to increase expertise and guidance for security in re-entering the labor market. The impetus for systematic and comprehensive development program came from the ranks of employees. A taste of training will be the principal source of motivation to undergo and complete the program.
Receiving this aid will undoubtedly increase the overall competitiveness of Synergie, s.r.o., and its partner Synergie Temporary Help, s.r.o. We believe that our candidates and clients, will view this as a positive step forward in mutual cooperation.
